Return Policy
Merchandise may not be returned without prior approval and must be freight prepaid. A 15 percent restocking charged will be applied.

Back Order Policy
If a backorder does happen scubagearresort.com will contact you and advise you when product will be available.

Shipping Policy
Delivery by scubagearresort.com constitutes delivery to purchaser. All Claims for damaged material or articles missing in TRANSIT must be made to the carrier within 15 Days. The product will be shipped by Fedex Ground or by any other suitable transportation.

Shipping
All in-stock orders will be shipped the next business day (excluding holidays & weekends) and are guaranteed to be at your door within 15 days to a US zip code. If you request to receive your order in less than 15 days from now, you will be charged extra for shipping in order to get it to you in time.

Prices are subject to change without notice. Stock is subject to prior sale.

Delivery to carrier constitutes delivery to customer.

Shipping charges are not refundable unless the carrier has failed to meet the deliver .

scubagearresort.com will only refund shipping charges when the carrier has failed to meet the delivery commitment and issued a credit to scubagearresort.com . The decision made by a carrier regarding a claim for refund is final..

Customer must be sure to communicate the correct shipping address to scubagearresort.com. Shippers charge a $10.00 fee if an incorrect address has been provided. These fees will be transferred to the customer, only if the customer provided the incorrect ship-to address.

The shipping company will NOT accept special shipping instructions from scubagearresort.com, other than "Ship To" Name and Address.

We reserve the right to cancel an order at our discretion if an item is priced incorrectly.
